Beginners Blueprint volume 2 is here...

Last block you learnt the basics of the squat, bench and deadlift and in volume 2 we are going to look at surpassing those numbers and pushing some new 1 rep max. 

Last block you learnt how to create habits and a routine that works best for you, this block it's about consistency with these training days and really understanding how your body responds from a stimulus perspective. 

This block is going to challenge your mentality towards lifting but it's going to push you and set you up for the platform.

The first 4 weeks will be all about pushing the volume and maintaining exposure with your competition singles. 

The second 4 weeks will be all about pushing HARD.
